Each System starts off with TiForce’s
master craftsmen hand fitting each part to assure perfect fitment.
Optimal tubing size, head tube taper
and collector locations are then fine tuned on the dyno. This step
may take us through as many as 60 generations before we are 100%
happy with the power the system makes.
After each system is fully
maximized on the dyno the system is removed and precise measurements
are made and three-dimensional blueprints are drawn up. At that
point parts of the exhaust system are precisely duplicated and stored
for final assembly.
Each part is then hand inspected for
quality before being packed up and shipped off for riders around
the world.
